It doesn't matter if you are a newcomer looking for a little guidance and some basic fitness knowledge or a well seasoned veteran looking to fine tune your growth and hurdle over those difficult plateaus. Each session will be optimized based on your target goals reaching a new level of fitness.
SEMI-PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
In my Semi-Personal Sessions, I hold a limited group of (2-5 clients) per session, creating energetic camaraderie to boost confidence levels and reach targeted goals quicker. These clients are grouped together based on closely related fitness goals and definitely receive the same personal catered instruction as my 1 on 1's.
